The main objective of the Frontiers in Literary Studies journal is to foster original, rigorous and valuable research which would contribute to the advancement of literary scholarship.
The journal encourages research dealing with:
- Literary theory and criticism
- Comparative and world literature
- Modern and contemporary literature
- Classical and historical literary studies
- Postcolonial and decolonial literature
- Gender and feminist literary studies
- Digital humanities and digital literature
- Translation studies
- Literature and cultural studies
The journal accepts for publication research papers, systematic/critical reviews, theoretical/conceptual papers, comparative analyses, methodological papers, critical approaches, and scholarly commentaries.
Original research which introduces novel theories, deals with little-explored literary traditions, and relates literary scholarship to the modern context is especially welcome.
